Company details, privacy and terms

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your school or company, your email or phone number, what you are interested in, and your message.

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Our fonts are served from our own domain.

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and follow up on it. We do not sell your details or use them for advertising.

Netlify hosts this site. Like any web server, it processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and keep the service secure.

FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) delivers the contact form to our inbox, info@comftech.net.

As long as the conversation, and any agreement that comes out of it, needs it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email info@comftech.net and we will reply within 30 days.

comftech.net is a business website for schools, companies and organizations. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect children's data through it.

StudyUp, our other products and the systems we build for clients process data under the agreements we sign with each school or company that uses them, not under this notice.

When this notice changes, we update this page and the date above.

This site describes our company, products and services. It is general information, not an offer or a contract. Proposals, prices and commitments are made in writing, in a signed agreement.

The content of this site, the ComfTech name and logo, and our product names and screenshots belong to the company or are used with permission. Please do not copy them without asking us.

Client and partner logos belong to their owners. We show them to name organizations we work with.

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is, without guarantees. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using it.

Links to other websites, including our product sites, are for convenience. Each one has its own terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of Jordan have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
